Inside Product Specialist II
Dell is hiring and we are looking to grow our Dell Team for Inside Sales
Product Specialist (Dell Partner Software Solutions). Positions is available
in Toronto- Ontario- Canada.

Job Description:
??? Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with dell`s
products and services.
??? Recommends business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests
??? Builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell`s technology
products- and services
??? Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell`s customers are bein
impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries
??? Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
??? Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are
met.
??? Makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis
Overview of Daily Tasks:
??? Taking around 5-10 inbound phone calls
??? Making around 15-25 outbound calls to acquire and follow up
??? Email Management and correspondence
Principal Accountabilities
??? Provides product or BU specific expertise.
??? Responsible for selling a defined set of products and services.
??? May own account sets and/or be called into accounts as opportunities are
identified.
??? Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet
and/or exceed their objectives.
??? Identifies customer needs/requirements- and recommends the appropriate
products and solutions.
??? Remains up-to-date on new product- technology- and services offerings.
??? Stays current on industry and vertical solutions as well.
??? Assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader
team.
??? Promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings.
Knowledge- Skills- and Abilities
??? Learning a broad range of Dell technology- products- and services and is
able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
??? Able to explain technical- industry- and market facts to position Dell as a
competitive solution. Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues- cross-
functionally- to support the sales process.
??? Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job.
??? Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine
decisions.
??? Follows up with occasional outbound calls.

Experience and Skills Required
??? Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
??? 2+ years of relevant industry experience
??? Basic knowledge of the full range of 3rd party software technology-
products- and services and is able to identify how these products and services
align to customer needs.
??? General industry and competitor knowledge.
??? Basic customer relationship skills.
??? Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job.
??? Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine
decisions.
