Key Responsibilities

At this level- supports moderately complex opportunities
Gains access and manages relationships with technical personnel and decision makers
Matches product and/or service technology to a customer need highlighting a differentiated advantage
Provides insight and advice to customers concerning applicability of specific products and service technologies
Understands and articulates characteristics of the customer`s environment
Analyzes and applies industry- competitor and market knowledge
Understands the channel`s role in the sales process Consults with other product specialists- leaders- or cross-functional technical groups to ensure consistent application of solutions

Essential Requirements

Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor`s degree
Kowledge of technical products- vendors- and families of technologies
Knowledge of product configurations
Oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers- support personnel- and leadership
