AECOM is seeking assistance with data entry and management of the tooling
management database. This position is based at our Kincardine- Ontario
location. An ideal candidate must be local or willing to relocate to the
area.

ABOUT US

The Shoreline Power Group is a Joint Venture of Aecon- AECOM and SNC-Lavalin.
Shoreline Power Group will be completing the Fuel Channel and Feeder
Replacement (FCFR) project. The joint venture has been awarded a contract by
Bruce Power to execute the Unit 6 FCFR at the Bruce Nuclear Generating Station
in Kincardine- Ontario.

This project is part of Bruce Power`s Life Extension Program- which will allow
Bruce Power`s CANDU units to continue to operate safely through to 2064- the
project is the centrepiece of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program to
replace the main components of the reactor. Unit 6 is the first of six
reactors being replaced by Bruce Power through the MCR program.

The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of calandria tubes-
pressure tubes- and feeders for Unit 6- as well as construction management and
trade labour. Work is scheduled to commence in June 2020- with expected
completion in the third quarter of 2022.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Data Entry position is responsible for working with the Tooling Team to
enter and manage the tooling management database and help in planning the
overall tool management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate data entry of the existing tools into the tooling database

Keep the database up to date and control all information being entered

Will have responsibility for maintaining the database

Provide input in to any enhancements/development to improve the database

Assume additional related responsibilities as necessary.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Fiscal responsibility as required by the Joint Venture agreement.

Minimum Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Detail oriented – Having the ability to focus on the key details of the data to be entered is a necessity

Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory

Past experience in areas such as inventory control- production planning or even procurement functions would be beneficial

Must be able to work under pressure

Ability to work with clients and staff in a team environment as well as independently

Preferred Qualifications

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Due to the nature of work conducted by AECOM- mandated nuclear export controls requirements must be met for employment.

Those with a valid Bruce Power security clearance are strongly preferred.
