Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Supervisors and Managers- responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Opening the bar by setting up for full service along with cleaning and closing the bar. Daily preparations of the bar`s mise en place for service including execution of fruit garnishes- juices- simple syrups- purees and use of the laboratory`s rotovap machine- centrifuge- and ice cutter (ordering- stocking- pre-batching- juicing- cooking- centrifuging- etc.) Providing support to bar and service team in order to execute the highest level of guest engagement and service Offer genuine sense of hospitality at point of guest contact Entice guests with your passion of craft cocktails and spirits Prepare drinks at the highest quality following proper measurements and recipes Develop and maintain strong and trend forward knowledge of all food and beverage menus- menu ingredients- and our guest preferences Responsible to ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar work space- guest areas- menu upkeep- and setting up pre/post service periods Follow standards of conduct- safety- sanitation policies when handling food and beveragePerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
A passion for all things hospitality is required
A desire to work and learn in one of the best bars in
the countr

oriented is a mus

Previous experience in fast pace dynamic restaurant/ba

is an asset

Previous experience with POS system is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Physical Aspects of
Position
(include but are not limited
to):

Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
Occasional kneeling- pushing- pulling
Occasional ascending or descending ladders- stairs and
ramps

Visa Requirements:
Must be legally
eligible to work in Canada.
