Job Summary
Reporting to the EMEA Aviation Sector Leader- as part of the Global Aviation
business line- but working in close collaboration with both geographical and
end market leaders- this role would be responsible for the strategic growth
and development of the Aviation sector business in Continental Europe (CE).
Given the nature of this role the country location is flexible.
Responsibilities would include- but not be limited to the following;
Participating in and contributing to both the EMEA Aviation Sector Strategy and the Continental Europe Strategy.
Developing relationships with aviation sector clients and/or strategic partners within the CE region.
Developing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities that are aligned with and support the CE business plan and strategy.

Leading and/or participating in GO/NO GO decisions for aviation related pursuits and proactively support the co-ordination of all key internal stakeholders involved in the preparation and decision making process

Either lead- participate in and support key aviation pursuits and the development of Bid/Capture Plans in conjunction with geographical/end market teams.

Where appropriate- and in collaboration with the geographical/end market delivery teams as Executive Sponsor for both pursuit and delivery phases of projects

Supporting the EMEA Aviation Sector Leader in the development and implementation of the Sector Technical Excellence Plan

Maintaining and developing a full understanding of all services/resources within CE that support the aviation sector- enable visibility- and proactively support collaboration with other EMEA regions.

Acting as Line Manager for all Global Aviation resources in Continental Europe

Minimum Requirements

Have a thorough working knowledge of the aviation market in Continental Europe

Will preferably have a number of existing |trusted advisor| relationships with aviation related clients and/or strategic partners

Must have a proven track record of business development

Must have a proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies.

Will be qualified professional having a minimum of 15 years experience in the delivery of multi-disciplinary consultancy services within the Aviation market.

Preferred Qualifications

Will be willing and able to travel frequently to support business development activities
