Based out of Moncton- NB and
reporting to the Director- Distribution Operations- responsibilities and
essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Support NCA hotels in achieving revenue
targetsUnderstand the set up and
configuration of companies with online demand partnersProvide distribution channel
support- guidance and education to hotels and regional contactsWork with regional and property team
for new property integrationUnderstanding of reservation-
distribution systems for all brands represented within the region. Liase with central teams on behalf
of the region- including Sales and Revenue ManagementRegional support for those hotels
that are on Opera CRSTaking a proactive approach to
recommending improvements to our electronic connections including availability-
rate messaging as well as reservation delivery.Act as SME as required by the region
on various projectsDefine and
implement operational procedures towards Front Office and Reservation teams- as
per distribution system division recommendations- adapting them to Regional
specificities as required. Ensure the procedures are implemented and followed
and provide feedback on their evolution needs Support NCA hotels
in achieving maximum revenue through distributed channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Exceptional written- verbal and communication skillsExceptional problem solving skillsStrong knowledge- experience of Opera CRS.Strong knowledge- experience of the GDS.Strong knowledge- experience of TARSAbility to work well in a small team environment with minimal
supervisionEnergetic- enthusiastic- creative and self-motivatedProven ability to work effectively in a fast paced- ever changing
environmentCommitment to quality work and strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and ability to work on several projects at
onceA strong computer and technical aptitudeAbility to quickly learn new softwareProven attention to detail skillsBilingual (French/English) is an asset
