JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope : A Server with Hilton Hotels and Resorts is responsible for serving
food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel|s continuing effort to deliver
outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Deliver and serve food and beverages| including| but not limited to| meals| condiments and accompaniments
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Respond to guest requests in a friendly| timely| and efficient manner
Set tables/trays to outlet specifications
Assist others with side work including| but not limited to cleaning| stocking| folding silverware| etc.
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal| state| local and company regulations
Clean and reset service tables
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
Assist other departments whenever necessary
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager
What are we looking for?
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Flexible schedule must be able to work Night and weekends.
Good command of Written and Oral English
Previous 3-4 years| experience working as a server
Smart Serve Certified
Available to work during weekends
