JOB DESCRIPTION
A Buffet Attendant is responsible for maintaining and transporting all food
products for a designated outlet or outlets in the hotel|s continuing effort
to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Buffet Attendant| you will be responsible for maintaining and
transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets in the
hotel|s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial
profitability. Specifically| you will be responsible for performing the
following tasks to the highest standards:
Maintain the buffet station for all designated meal periods
Clean the equipment| restock food items and clean areas on an as needed basis
Ensure quality of food throughout service
