Steamfitter – pipefitters lay out- assemble- fabricate- maintain and repair
piping systems which carry water- steam- chemicals or fuel used in heating-
cooling- lubricating and other processes. Pipefitters also remove and replace

Responsibilities
Demonstrate knowledge of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring- cutting- threading- grooving and bending of pipes- valves and fittings.

Job Summary
The Transportation Division of AECOM is actively seeking an Electrical
Designer / Technician for immediate employment in the Mississauga- Ontario
office.
The responsibilities of this position include- but are not limited to:
Design of traffic signals and illumination for various clients
Preparation of lighting and traffic signal layouts
Preparation of wiring diagrams and electrical details
Photometric analysis of lighting systems
Voltage drop calculations

Preparation of contract documents and specifications

Site visits and contract administration

Minimum Requirements

Associate|s or Technical degree in Electrical Design

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD- knowledge of AutoLUX and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication in English both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of relevant work experience

Knowledge of lighting and traffic signal design

Knowledge of various municipal and MTO lighting and traffic signal design standards

Knowledge of MTO Contract Preparation System (CPS)
