Job Summary

Receive| unload| and process deliveries and account for incoming freight based
on invoice and receiving reports. Stage merchandise by department| mark
appropriately for placement in facility| and deliver merchandise to
appropriate department. Verify and track received inventory and complete
inventory reports and logs. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports
to ensure count accuracy. Receive| store| ship| and deliver incoming and
outgoing department packages and mail. Secure the receiving room and its
contents| ensuring safekeeping of packages. Follow all national| state| and
local hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations. Ship all out-
going mail and packages. Verify quantity and condition of packages upon
receipt prior to delivery to guest. Communicate with guest regarding received
packages. Maintain accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving
transactions| including receiving guest signatures for received packages.
Communicate with proper management regarding any loss or damage with packages.
Report accidents| injuries| and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete
safety training and certifications.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any
maintenance problems| safety hazards| accidents| or injuries; complete safety
training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean
and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect

Purpose
 
The Senior Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading Bank-wide sourcing and project activities while working closely with senior business unit leadership and other sourcing leaders. Accountabilities
 
Develop relationships with business leaders to support enterprise objectives, influence key stakeholders and lead sourcing strategies while collaborating on sourcing initiatives and projects
Collaborate with Business Unit and Operations leaders to fully understand key business drivers, spend drivers, and achieve required support levels
Lead business value through the development of high quality and cost effective supply relationships, while pursuing and championing total cost of ownership (TCO) savings directly by savings captured through leveraging Bank-wide purchasing volume, strategic supplier relationships, demand management or indirect savings realized by driving innovation and or enhancing the overall effectiveness of the supply management process
Directly lead and implement best practices in sourcing initiatives

Manage category within and across the Bank’s business segments, and serve as a key contributor to a well-developed and evolving supplier management process
Track sourcing initiatives for multi-functional stakeholder teams, ensuring effective strategy development, market assessments, RFP processes, and supplier management while enabling collaboration and innovation between stakeholders and suppliers
Establish and develop on-going strategic relationships with key suppliers during major sourcing/project initiatives
