OpenRoad Auto Group is currently seeking to expand our team with a full-time Facilities Maintenance Person at OpenRoad Head Office.

Prioritize work orders to ensure completion based on urgency and maintain a log of all repairs.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance on our facilities including items such as windows, doors, lights, appliances, equipment, fixtures, flooring, janitorial, roofs, landscaping, and others as directed by the Property Manager.
Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating and electrical problems.
Accurately report and communicate all service requests to Site Manager before performing any additional tasks.
Lift, move, assemble and disassemble office furniture and hang picture frames, white boards, cabinets etc.
Other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
What it takes to be part of our dynamic team:
Demonstrated carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting skills, with at least 3 years’ experience in building maintenance.
Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment.
Intermediate computer skills.
24/7 availability on rotation will be required.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must have valid driver’s license, with clean drivers abstract.
The qualified applicant will come equipped with their own tools and safety equipment.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually
Strong time management skills.
