What will be my role?
Among other things, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming our guests when they check in and answering their questions about their stay. You must ensure payment processing and management of certain complaints. Your priority will be to provide top-notch customer service at all times.
Have at least one (1) year of experience in a position at the front desk of a hotel;
Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written impeccably;
Very good knowledge of the city and its attractions;
Be available at all times
Be prepared to work on day, evening and weekend shifts;
Be comfortable with flexible schedules
Have good computer skills;
To be responsible;
Candidates must complete and pass various tests and scenarios during the interview
