    Build upon project successes- nurture client relationships- and develop future business

    Engage and collaborate with internal teams in support of business development opportunities

    Ensure all projects are properly resourced and scheduled in accordance with target timeframes with a keen emphasis on safety and quality

    Manage projects using AECOM`s ePM project management platform for municipal infrastructure projects and local multi-disciplinary projects delivered in collaboration with AECOM professionals across Alberta

    Serve as project director supporting local project managers with client management- financial management and schedule management

    Ensure compliance of all projects with AECOM Quality Management System and Health and Safety Policy

    Demonstrate commitment to excellence and innovation- and motivate others to create positive morale and engagement

    Recognize that AECOM programs such as Sustainability- Corporate Social Responsibility- and Ethics & Compliance are an overriding part of the organizational culture

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor|s degree in Engineering

    8+ years of consulting experience in the management- planning- design and construction of municipal infrastructure

    P.Eng. designation in Alberta

    5+ years of managing teams of professionals

    Proven track record and project success with senior professionals and officials from municipalities in northern Alberta

    Strong technical and analytical skills- good understanding of OPSS and OPSD

    Natural business development capabilities and strong client relationship management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    15+ years of consulting experience in the planning- design and construction of municipal infrastructure

    10+ years of managing teams of professionals

    PMP Designation

    Experience in Stormwater Management procedures- design and construction is an asset

    Experience in land use planning and land development or site plan preparation and studies

    Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation

    Familiarity with software for modelling water transmission/distribution systems

    Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment
