illustrators- subject matter experts and stakeholders- the team creates clear

concise and easy-to-understand content for multiple channels. It takes a

ability to research- analyze and synthesize complex subject matter. And it`

all underpinned by an understanding of how our technologies work and how the

benefit customers.

Writes user documentation for data protection software / hardware products.

Ensures all deliverables are technically and mechanically accurate.

Collaborates with department team members- engineering- services- education-
marketing- legal- and others to develop content for standard documentation
sets- software and special initiatives in-line with the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

– Creates and revises technical information- including installation-
operation and maintenance instructions- and other types of technical content
such as technical advisories and release notes.

– Incorporates editorial feedback to ensure that company style and standards
are appropriately expressed in technical content and media.

– Publishes content to a variety of outputs- including PDF documents- web
pages- wikis- videos- and online help systems.

– May participate in social media discussions related to technical content
and information experience.

– Learn to leverage a variety of information sources including: bug comments-
whiteboard discussions- community forums- knowledge transfer- and third-party
website and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) content.

– Follows standard technical writing and content development practices under
general direction.

– Interacts primarily with professionals in the immediate work group.

– Demonstrates initiative and may participate in process improvement

– Is familiar with prevalent software development methodologies.

– Implements content plans that include user stories.

– Learns to support localization activities.

– Understanding of technical content authoring workflows Knowledge of
industry standards such as DITA- XML- and HTML Knowledge of job related
content authoring- publishing- and graphic design tools such as xMetal- and
the SDL Authoring environment while occasionally seeking technical assistance.

Essential Requirements

– 3 or more years of experience

– Degree or diploma in Technical Communications or a degree in English or
Rhetoric and Professional Writing.

– Degree or diploma with Technical Writing courses.

The purpose of this position is to create interest and demand for SAP Education’s suite of course offerings and products by establishing timely and consistent communication with our customer base. The primary goals will be to;
Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, chat and email
Grow our targeted list of Education consumers using both internal and external tools to increase the conversation around the value of Education
Generate qualified sale leads
For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the BANTS methodology, and handed over to Inside Sales using standard global process.

Campaign Execution & Lead Management

Assist in planning call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means, in collaboration with the Education Marketing, Delivery and Field Sales teams
Align with SAP Education’s Demand Council to ensure all campaign activities are supporting the needs of the larger organization.
Generate and Qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) as agreed with management
Pass qualified leads to sales resource for sales stage execution
Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports
Expanding the Learner Database

Establish a methodology to continually develop our list of individuals interested in SAP training
Leverage social media tools to establish new contacts and communicate education messaging and campaigns
Opportunity and Lead Nurturing

Support follow up on aging/stagnant leads and help to identify opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycles
Plan call and e-mail activities in close alignment with Inside Sales / Field Sales for most efficient opportunity acceleration
Drive ongoing nurturing of opportunities expected to enter active sales cycles in 6-12 months out as agreed with management
The DNA will have the same KPIs as the ISE, based on Pipeline & Revenue
Data entry in the IC Web Client/ CRM system

Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities using the adequate systems correctly, work together with manager/expert as necessary
Training & Enablement

Participate in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills
Be active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom or mentor-lead activities
Complete and qualify on all Level 1 enablement activities within 3 months and Level 2 activities in 12 months.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
Preferably Telemarketing experience, specifically high volume phone-centric work
High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system
Business level English
Bi-lingual required- Spanish and/or Portuguese
Bachelor or equivalent business experience

Your Contribution:

Work together in a business marketing pod, consisting of an account strategist and graphic designer, to create and implement digital strategy for a selection of stores
Implement PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Video) through Google Ads, Bing Ads, and more
Create Data Studio reports to analyze and review campaign performance with stakeholders
Seek out and strategically buy digital ad spaces outside of Google Network
Work with Digital Supervisor to assess and brainstorm new digital marketing opportunities
Consult with the account strategist and supervisor on budgets and campaign effectiveness
Make basic changes to the website (landing pages using the CMS, or other more simple tasks)

Provide additional marketing services support as required

Your Skills/Experience:

Post-secondary education in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Social, Search, Display, Video, Content, or Email)
Proven success with PPC platforms
Strong analytical and communicative skills
