Job Summary
Functions as the lead designer on a variety of projects. Develops solutions
for a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Provides
schematic design information to the project engineer or project manager.
Prepares preliminary task list. Produces sketches and system schematics for
complicated design tasks. Incorporates design concepts from schematic design
into design development to produce construction documents. Prepares addendums-
change orders and additional service design manager/senior design manager
requests.
Follows standard practices and prescribed project standards.

Ensures that project needs are met in a timely manner.

Employee requires a positive- energetic and helpful attitude.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Employee must be fluent in English and have excellent verbal communication
skills.

The responsibilities of this position include- but are not limited to:

Providing graphic design support for the marketing department through a variety of channels- including print and digital.

Creation and updates of various collateral and boilerplate graphics- including proposals- reports- brochures- presentations- charts- and infographics.

Produce and format custom reports and marketing materials using InDesign.

Design and support final production of communications and marketing projects.

Minimum Requirements

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign- Illustrator- and Photoshop)

Preferred Qualifications

In pursuit of a degree focused on Graphic Design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign- Illustrator- and Photoshop)

Experience with managing multiple page documents in InDesign.

Intermediate understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint- Word- and Excel.

Experience with basic user interface principles.

Excellent computer knowledge for PC environment.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.

Organized- dependable and detail oriented.
