Determines requirements for workarounds and remedial corrective actions

Regularly reviews engineering plans- specifications and reviews and approves contract submittals and payment applications to contractors

Leads on-site inspectors who observe work in progress and document conformance to quality- performance- safety and code requirements and maintains inspection records

Conducts regular project review sessions with appropriate personnel to monitor the continuing progress of the project

Examines workmanship of finished installations for standard conformity and approves installation

Completes contract close-out processes

Implements and follows project and company safety procedures

Will lead AECOM staff in delivery of project tasks to the client

Minimum Requirements

6+ years of experience in the linear infrastructure water/sewer construction inspection and contract administration

Proven team management skills with capability to work with a wide variety of individuals- and have the skills and abilities necessary to lead engineers- designers- and technical and support staff

Excellent communication skills including verbal and written

Knowledge in document control- record keeping and construction administration

Must possess a valid driver`s license and must have transportation to and from the project site

Preferred Qualifications

Engineering Degree or higher (P. Eng)

10+ years of experience in the linear infrastructure water/sewer construction inspection and contract administration

Sewer Rehabilitation experience
