Job Summary
TAMS (an AECOM company) is seeking a Site Administrator to join our team at
our IOL Sarnia Project. This is a temporary position- on 6 day on- 1 day off
rotation.
Responsibilities:
Daily entry and reconciliation of timesheets
Identify and correct errors in entry or interpretation of agreements
Resolve payroll queries in a timely manner
Reconcile data back to client systems to ensure accuracy
Reporting on hours as required

Liaise with supervisors and senior staff on all time and related pay or billing processing issues

Manages documents throughout all phases of a project.

Maintains project directory.

Maintains and files reproduced document originals- as well as revisions for easy retrieval.

Develops project-specific filing structure and document control procedures- including implementing into required electronic document management systems (EDMS).

Maintain/administer allocations in client system.

Support project team with administrating client|s resource plan and/or daily force report.

Under general supervision- performs general duties that are often routine and repetitive.

Under general supervision- interacts with professional/technical staff to accomplish assigned objectives.

Requires limited exercise of judgment.

Receives guidance on new aspects of assignments.

Conditions of Employment for this position are:

1. For positions that fall into the list of required positions within the AECOM Oil & Gas Background Check policy- qualified applicants who are offered- and accept- the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check. This may consist of all or a combination of the following: Canadian Criminal Record check- an Employment Verification and/or an Education and Accreditation Verification.

2. Qualified applicants who are offered- and accept- a position must provide evidence of a satisfactory Alcohol & Drug test in accordance with the Company|s Alcohol & Drug Policy. In order to be valid- the test must have been conducted at the direction of AECOM – O&G Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements

High School + 2 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

BSO ticket

Able to travel- is and when required
